JJ Shah from Oceanic Pharma Chem Pvt. Ltd was invited as a privileged guest for an event to test “Sake”- a fermented alcoholic beverage on 4th September 2019 in New Delhi. JJ Shah with his vast experience in the Indian and Japanese markets was invited as a Privileged guest to help Sake , promote their products in India markets.

Concept of the Event

Made primarily from rice, Sake is a fermented alcoholic beverage.Sake has played a pivotal role in Japanese life a culture for the past 2000 years, while the knowledge and techniques involved in sake brewing spread to every corner of the country. In fact, sake is such an integral part of the Japanese life that, having some knowledge of it can add to one’s understanding of Japanese history, culture and society.

There are many different varieties of sake, and it can be enjoyed either warm or chilled, depending on the season. Sake might be just about the best medicine for whatever ails you, as long as it’s consumed in moderation.
